- Date of birth (date, month, and year of birth);
- age;
- contact information (email address, phone number, accounts (profiles) in messengers and social networks);
- information about the registration address;
- information about the address of the actual residence;
- information about citizenship;
- information about the work permit;
- information about marital status;
- information about education, including information about the availability of special knowledge or training;
- information about professional retraining and advanced training;
- information about academic degree, information about achievements;
- information about work (information about the position held / information about the profession / information about the place of work (including information about previous jobs) / information about work experience, information about income from previous jobs; information about business and other personal qualities that are evaluative);
- a photographic image in printed and/or digital forms;
- video and audio recordings of the interview with me;
- other information provided by me in the Resume Submission Form on the website www.ml-group.ru in the "Career" section and/or in my RESUME (application form).
Purpose of personal data processing:
- Attracting and organizing the selection of candidates to fill vacant positions, to perform work (both existing and/or requiring execution now, as well as those that may arise and/or may require execution in the future) (including conducting telephone, face-to-face, video interviews, tests and other internal procedures for assessing the candidate's competencies and business qualities for consideration of the candidate, verification of the accuracy of the information provided, exclusion of conflicts of interest and ensuring compliance with anti-corruption legislation);
- Inclusion in the personnel reserve to fill vacant positions;
- Conducting newsletters about available vacancies, programs and other opportunities for candidates.
I agree that in order to achieve the stated purposes of personal data processing, ML Center LLC has the right to transfer my personal data / entrust the processing of personal data to the companies managed by ML Center LLC:

I give my consent to ML Center LLC and companies managed by ML Center LLC to process my personal data using automation tools and/or without using such means by performing the following actions (operations) or a combination of the following actions (operations) - collection (directly from me as an applicant, as well as from publicly available information resources and archives), recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of my personal data for the purposes of processing specified in the present Agreement.
This Consent is valid until the conclusion of an employment contract with me, or until the expiration of 30 days from the date of the decision to refuse to hire, or, if I am included in the personnel reserve (including for receiving newsletters about available vacancies, programs and other opportunities for candidates) - until the expiration of 5 years from from the moment of making a decision to refuse to apply for a job, or until the moment I withdraw this Consent.
This Consent can be revoked by me at any time by sending a written application to the address of ML Center LLC: 300034, Tula region, Tula city, Tula, Pushkinskaya str., 55, room.1 (ground floor).
*ML Center LLC is a management organization for legal entities: Present Packaging LLC, MILK Packaging Factory LLC, ML Chemical LLC, ML Group LLC (collectively referred to as "Managed Companies") on the basis of agreements on the transfer of powers of the sole executive body.
